We believe that a better culture begins with better comms—and we’re here to help you achieve both.
here’s the truth:
You don’t need more communication to create alignment. You need messaging that resonates at every level of your organization.
Because let’s be honest: your employees—the people who make it all possible—aren’t counting the number of emails leadership sends each day. In fact, they’re likely ignoring or deleting them altogether to combat the dreaded inbox overwhelm.
What they do care about is:
Clear communication that puts an end to conflicting expectations and priorities
Training that’s simple, effective, and actually teaches them to use new tools & systems in time for rollouts
A team structure where everyone is in the right seat, pulling their weight, and doing their jobs correctly
That’s why a one-size-fits-all plan for revamping your internal comms strategy isn’t enough. What you need is a custom, data-driven strategy built for your people, your goals, and your culture.
So, if that’s what you’re looking for—a professional who can learn the truth from employees, identify the gaps, and make a playbook for fixing your strategy—then you’re in the right place.
we’re here to help you clean up your communications mess so your teams can stop playing the “telephone game” and start increasing productivity.

hi, I’m alejandra
so, how’d we get here?
Before founding Ready Cultures, I helped organizations build internal communications systems and programs from scratch, often with limited budgets and resources. And let me tell you: with 20+ years of experience in marketing, communications, and PR (15 of which were spent in Big Law), I’ve seen the good, the bad, and the ugly of internal communication—and I’ve experienced firsthand what it’s like when it’s overlooked.
Team members are isolated from each other, working in silos. Employees feel disconnected. And therefore, leadership feels frustrated by inefficiencies and a perceived lack of enthusiasm and progress.
I know that frustration all too well. But here’s what I also know (because I’ve seen THIS firsthand as well): when internal communication is done right, the entire organization thrives. Employees are aligned and working towards the same goals. Leaders are trusted. And the resulting culture becomes a competitive advantage for the talent you want to attract.
That’s why I’m here to help: because I firmly believe that a proactive approach—one that is prepared for anything—is a successful approach. And when you nail your internal communication strategy, everything else follows suit.
