I’m Alejandra, founder of Ready Cultures, where I help business leaders build trust and aligned, thriving cultures through strategic internal communication practices. With nearly two decades of experience leading communication teams, I’ve led initiatives, from rolling out digital strategies in the early days of social media and SEO to developing messaging and communication strategies that align business goals with day-to-day operations.
During my career, I’ve worked closely with executives to ensure communication strategies didn’t just push information out but also created a two-way channel that shaped and reinforced culture. Whether it was developing messaging to navigate crises like COVID-19, aligning recruiting efforts with company values, or identifying everyday stories that kept employees engaged and made them feel seen, I’ve seen firsthand how the right communication can transform a company.
Through it all, I’ve learned one core truth: successful companies thrive on clear, two-way communication that connects the dots across every level of the organization, builds trust, and creates alignment.
